Free youth events run by Somerset Council

Dates & locations:

Thursday, 24 September:
10am-12pm – Toogoolawah (at Alexandra Hall)
2pm-4pm – Esk (at Simeon Lord Room, Esk Library)

Friday, 25 September:
9am-11am – Kilcoy (at Memorial Hall)
2pm-4pm – Lowood (at CWA hall)

Ages: 12–17 year olds

Skill level: Beginner

Places limited to 10 participants per workshop

Make your own little handsewn leatherbound book (choice of miniature or A7-sized), with windows cut into the spine to accentuate the handcut coloured pages inside, and the option to add a closure. Utilises recycled leather for the cover, coloured thread, and an assortment of found papers inside the book.
